Rolls Royce MascotWe are based just north of Monmouth and normally cover a radius of around 20 miles from here.  This includes Hereford, Ledbury, Newent, Ross on Wye, the Forest of Dean, the Wye Valley down to Chepstow, Usk, and out to the west as far as Abergavenny.  We will of course consider other areas, please contact us to discuss your needs.



WHAT'S INCLUDED

Rolls Royce wheelEach car will only be booked for one wedding per day, and we do not charge by the hour. This ensures we can provide you with the best possible service.  Our price includes preparing the car and interior, bringing the car to your chosen collection point, taking the bride's party to the wedding venue (remaining here during the service), and then taking the bride and groom to the reception venue.  We are happy to pose for photographs as required at each venue.  Many clients also request a particular route, or stop at a particular place such as a local beauty spot, and we are happy to include these arrangements.  We would normally expect to be with you for around 3 hours in total.

PLANNING YOUR SPECIAL DAY

Rolls Royce wheel We believe that most couples have a very clear and detailed picture in mind of how they want their wedding to be, and our aim is to help make that picture reality.  As with every other aspect of your wedding, this means detailed and meticulous planning if things are not to be left to chance.  Unlike some other companies, we do not believe this can be achieved by simply filling in a form.  We strongly advise a meeting to discuss your needs, and to allow us to work out a detailed plan.  A visit to our office will allow you to ensure we have all the information we need, and will also allow you to view the cars 'in the metal'.  We welcome you to visit us on most Fridays or at the weekend, as convenient for you.  If this is not possible, we are able to visit you at home by prior arrangement, and this would normally be on Fridays, including the evening.

BREAKDOWN POLICY

Rolls Royce wheel We view ourselves merely as custodians of these fabulous cars, and take great pride in maintaining them correctly.  Rolls Royce cars have always been built to the highest standards, and were known as 'The Best Cars in the World' for good reason!  Today, with proper maintenance and care, and leading gentle lives, we believe our cars are highly reliable and worthy of your confidence.  It is important to note that we actually own our cars - we do not lease them, or act as agents for other persons who may 'do the odd wedding' so we can be confident about their condition.  We do acknowledge however that even Rolls Royces can sometimes 'fail to proceed' and we therefore include this section for your peace of mind.

* We strongly recommend you have a relative or friend amongst the wedding party with a mobile phone and car who can ensure that the bride gets to the church on time.  This will ensure that whatever else happens, your wedding will go ahead on time.  Our drivers all have mobile phones.

Rolls Royce wheel * Pre Wedding breakdown.  If our car suffers major failure in the period leading up to the wedding, we will offer you an alternative wherever possible.  If no alternative is available, or you are unhappy with the choice of car, we will offer you a full refund.

* Breakdown on the day.  If our car breaks down on the day, our driver will make a quick assessment of the situation.  If the fault cannot be rectified in 10 minutes we will ask you to put your back up plan into operation.  It may then be possible for us to have the car serviceable and waiting for you after the wedding, and we will always attempt to do this where possible.

 Their cars are immaculate and beautifully cared for - it is very clear that Mark enjoys a huge amount of pleasure from sharing them with bridal couples and their guests.  Although our guests were more interested in the champagne and staying inside to keep warm, Mark was prepared to stay at the wedding for as long as we needed him.  His service includes talking to any guests that would be interested in knowing more about the car and looking around it. 

The car was decorated tastefully with a classic ribbon and lovely flowers in accordance with our wishes.  Somehow Mark managed to look very smart despite the number of layers he must have had on to keep warm on the day! We will definitely call upon Mark and Jane again if we have another suitable occasion - I don't think there can be a better compliment than that."
